2nd European Proactive Law Conference 2011 Just-Searching.com

Copenhagen Business School in partnership with ICN Business School Nancy-Metz and CEREFIGE (Centre Européen de Recherche en Economie, Finance et Gestion), International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) and the ProActive ThinkTank is organizing on 1st and 2nd December 2011, the 2nd European Proactive Law conference in Frederiksberg (Danemark).

"Proactive Law approach seeks to promote business success and prevent conflicts by taking early action. The goal is to provide clarity as to legal rights and duties, to maximize opportunities and to anticipate and avoid problems rather than addressing them after they arise. The approach, originating in the Nordic countries in the 1990s, develops and promotes good legal behavior but also prevents undesirable behavior and minimizes risk."

The speakers will talk about: "Past and Future of Proactive Law: An Overview of the Development of the Proactive Law Movement" (Associate Professor Gerlinde Berger-Walliser, ICN Business School), "ProActive Management and ProActive Business Law" (Principal lecturer Kaisa Sorsa, Turku University of Applied Sciences), "Pre-Contractual Mediation" (Senior Lecturer Camilla Baasch Andersen, University of Leister), "Collaborative Contracting as Preventive/Proactive Law" (Professor Thomas Barton, California Western School of Law) etc.

The conference will be a very interesting one and discussions about creating value in global business by proactive thinking will point well the reasons why legal consults should use a proactive law.
