Mr. Michelangelo Costa was admitted to practice law in 1996 and became member of the Pavia Bar in 1999, now being attorney at Maiano Pisano e De Vito & Partners.

Mr. Costa attended to School of Jurisprudence which he concluded with Magna cum Laude and obtained the title of Juris Doctor in 1996, at the Criminal Procedure Department. He is member of European Employment Lawyers Association and the author of The administrative liability of Organisations according to the 231 Legislative Decree of June 8, 2001, Notitiae Iuris (2002).

His main competency areas are civil, commercial & corporate law, labour & employment law, EU Law, civil litigation & arbitration and in particular he focuses on Multilevel Marketing and Direct Sales law (contracts and regulations related to this area).
