Olive Darragon is an employment law specialist, currently being Associate at Pinsent Masons LLP (Paris office).

Olive advises French and international clients on labor-related issues, notably the drafting, amending and termination of employment contracts, and assists them during the litigation process.

Olive is involved in labour law aspects of companies, mergers and acquisitions, TUPE, as well as restructuring operations. She also represents clients before labour and civil courts in connection with collective and/or individual disputes.

Olive Darragon was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008.
